I love everything about this time of year. September starts football season (ROLL TIDE), SCHS Homecoming, and all my favorite tv shows start back. Then comes October. October has cooler weather, pumpkins for carving, candy corn(YUM), more Alabama football, and my favorite..HALLOWEEN!!! Next comes November, and it's full of just as much fun stuff. November starts with all of us girls (mom, sisters, friends) going to Christmas Village. Then there is even more cooler weather and lots of leaves falling. Yummy food and family at Thanksgiving followed by lots of laughs on Black Friday, the Iron Bowl and Christmas music starting to play on the radio. December starts with decorating the Christmas tree, fun nights shopping with Brandon, and making yummy desserts. JM and CiCi both have birthdays. Christmas eve and Christmas day are two of my favorite days EVER!!! Spending time with family and friends celebrating Jesus' birthday. Then we end the month with New Years Eve.
You know, the song is right. It IS the most wonderful time of the year. I just happen to think it starts in September and works it's way through Christmas.
